A pretty simple formula: STUPID GHETTO KNUCKLEHEADS + ILLEGAL GUN + POLICE = YOUR FUCKING ASS IS GETTING SHOT
Now what is so damn hard to understand. This asshole, Ramell Lockwood, is lucky, he got shot in the leg, which is how many of these cases should be. BUT, don’t fucking carry a gun (it is illegal in NYC) and don’t pull it out in front of police, because your ass will become a statistic.
Maybe Comrie, Sanders and other do nothing black SE Queens leaders want to chime in for the criminal with a gun and then we can hear how this father of 20 or whatever was finally turning his life around and was a good father, yadda, yadda, yadda, who gives a shit.
Damn, watch the Chris Rock video on HOW NOT TO GET YOUR ASS KICKED BY POLICE. Should be required viewing in the hood.

Driver shot pulling gun at traffic stop: NYPD
Man took off with cop in his vehicle

A Hempstead, LI, man was shot in the leg by a police sergeant after he exited his vehicle and allegedly brandished a firearm on May 11 in Queens Village.
Police said the mayhem started at approximately 10:54 p.m. when the sergeant and two police officers assigned to the 105th Precinct Anti-Crime Unit observed a silver Mercedes Benz sedan commit a traffic infraction on Hollis Avenue and 212th Street.
The officers stopped the vehicle but driver Ramell Lockwood, 34, refused one cop’s directive to place the car in park.
The sergeant opened the passenger door in an effort to engage the suspect and entered the vehicle. Lockwood then allegedly sped off with the sergeant still inside.
The vehicle proceeded eastbound on Hollis Avenue until it was forced to stop at 217th Street by officers who followed in their unmarked vehicle. Police said the sergeant struggled with Lockwood, who then exited the vehicle and whipped out the gun. The sergeant then shot Lockwood in his right leg and the other officers struggled with him as they took him into custody. Police said a loaded .40-caliber Glock 26 semiautomatic handgun allegedly was recovered from the suspect.
Five officers were taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center for evaluation, and one officer was treated for a bite wound on his left arm.
EMS transported Lockwood to Queens Hospital Center in stable condition. He faces charges of assault, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. The investigation remains ongoing.
