CROOKED DEMOCRATIC MACHINE BACK ADRIENNE ADAMS FOR SENATE AGAINST SENATOR JAMES SANDERS

Well, let’s see, we have the crooked Democratic Machine backing Adrienne Adams, which engages voter suppression. The Queens Democratic Party has a history of successfully challenging nominating petitions of non-endorsed candidates. They have backed Senator Leroy Comrie and Queens BP Melinda Katz, so that tells you much. Adams is also being endorsed by the bad crooked slime ball preacher man, Rev. Floyd “Money” Flake and crooked Congressman Gregory Meeks, whom Sanders originally was going up against for Congress, but then cancelled his plans and decided to hold onto his Senate seat. Crooked Meeks stated this load of bullshit, “With gridlock at every level of government from Washington, DC to Albany, we need strong leaders we can work together with to deliver for our communities,” he said in Adams’ press release. “That’s why leaders from across Queens came together today in support of Adrienne Adams’ candidacy.”  REALLY, that came together to support an individual who has never held public office and is president of the do nothing Community Board 12. Seems more like they have a score to settle with Sanders.

But what made me really laugh was what Adams said, Queens has some of the most dedicated public servants in New York State,” she said in her statement. “Queens has some of the most dedicated public servants in New York State, I’m excited to bring that level of dedication and integrity to the communities of Southeast Queens and the Rockaways. Together, we will improve our schools, create good jobs and make sure our streets are safe.”

Again, REALLY, Queens has some of the most dedicated public servants, REALLY, you mean like Comrie, Cooks, Wills, Smith, Huntley, Meeks, that bunch. REALLY.  And she said that “Together, we will improve our schools, create good jobs and make sure our streets are safe.”  What the hell are you talking about, for decades none of them have done any improving and NEWS FLASH, local elected officials DO NOT CREATE JOBS. Adams is Community Board 12 President and receives every single one of my complaints from garbage to illegal truck driving and I certainly do not seem them working together for any of those issues or community activist, Pamela Hazel.

Just more political bullshit from Southeast Queens and just the SAME OLD SHIT FOLKS, talking about all the wonderful things they will NEVER DO. Maybe they all want together for these issues to start.Garbage 5.2.16 015Garbage 5.2.16 047Garbage 5.2.16 043

From Queens Chronicle:

Queens Democrats back Adams over Sanders for state Senate

Posted: Friday, May 20, 2016 7:18 pm | Updated: 10:01 pm, Fri May 20, 2016.

The Queens County Democratic Party has formally endorsed Community Board 12 Chairwoman Adrienne Adams in her bid to unseat state Sen. James Sanders Jr. (D-South Ozone Park) in the 10th Senate District.

Adams told the Chronicle in a brief phone conversation on Friday evening that party officials met earlier in the day. The group included Congressman Joe Crowley (D-Queens, Bronx), who is the Queens County Democratic Chairman.

The move was anticipated by several Democratic insiders after Sanders this past winter filed paperwork to challenge Congressman Gregory Meeks (D-Queens, Nassau).

By the time Sanders cancelled his plans to run for Congress, Adams already had declared her intention to run as a Democrat in the 10th District.

The 10th District serves South Jamaica, Rochdale Village, Rosedale, Richmond Hill, South Ozone Park, Springfield Gardens and most of the Rockaways.

Adams, by her own description, is semi-retired from a career in corporate executive career training, with clients including Fortune 500 companies.

She has been on Community Board 12 since 2009 and chairwoman since 2012. In the last year she was appointed to the Queens Library Board and also serves on Borough President Melinda Katz’s Jamaica Now redevelopment initiative.

Adams thanked the county committee for its support.

“Queens has some of the most dedicated public servants in New York State,” she said in her statement. “I’m excited to bring that level of dedication and integrity to the communities of Southeast Queens and the Rockaways. Together, we will improve our schools, create good jobs and make sure our streets are safe.”

Meeks confirmed one of the worst-kept secrets in Queens politics in announcing his support for Adams.

“With gridlock at every level of government from Washington, DC to Albany, we need strong leaders we can work together with to deliver for our communities,” he said in Adams’ press release. “That’s why leaders from across Queens came together today in support of Adrienne Adams’ candidacy.”

He said Adams has a proven record of building consensus and working with others.

Adams also has the endorsement of the Rev. Floyd Flake, who is pastor at the Greater Allen AME Cathedral in Jamaica as well as a former congressman — and a political heavyweight in Southeast Queens.

Sanders, a city councilman for 12 years, was elected to the Senate in 2012. He won the nomination defeating scandal-plagued incumbent Shirley Huntley in a primary. He also served three years in the United States Marine Corps.

Back in December he filed with the Federal Elections Commission to run against Meeks in the 5th Congressional District.

Shortly afterward the senator was the subject of accusations of financial impropriety to federal officials by a self-described charitable organization in the Rockaways. The group to date has not respond to multiple requests by the Chronicle to clarify a number of questions about its accusations.

Sanders and another Queens Democratic Party insider called the accusations a political hit job orchestrated in response to his challenge of Meeks.

Barring either candidate being denied access to or kicked off the ballot for legal or technical reasons, a Democratic primary in the 10th District appears to be in the offing on Sept. 13.

The Queens Democratic Party has a history of successfully challenging nominating petitions of non-endorsed candidates.

But while Adams can likely expect much of her support in and around Jamaica, Sanders is a native of the Rockaways and has enjoyed a great deal of support there.
