Join us for an evening of chamber music with King Manor Museum’s Longman, Clementi & Co. fortepiano (London, c.1800). Early keyboard specialist Dongsok Shin is joined by violinist Leah Gale Nelson (using a violin and bow of the era), to highlight compositions of Muzio Clementi (1752-1832), with other works by Johann Schobert (1735-1767), and Luigi Boccherini (1743-1805). Forget about TV, time to get off your couch and head outside! At 1 pm listen to a read-aloud during Storytime with Literacy INC. From 1:30-4 pm, blow giant bubbles, make your own ice-cream, create a work of art and play historic games on the lawn at King Manor. Tour the museum for free.
