POSSIBLE GANG RELATED INCIDENT WHERE 16 YEAR OLD SHOOT IN FACE IN JAMAICA 2AM SUNDAY – BIG QUESTION, WHY WAS A 16 YEAR OLD OUT AT 2AM

I don’t know about most of you folks, but at 2am on Sunday, I was home in bed (even when I was 16, I was home in bed), but why was a 16 year old out at 2am, I mean where the hell were the parents. I am always amazed in this ghetto hood when I see kids from 3 years old to early teens outside late at night, especially on school nights. Maybe if there asses were home, studying or in bed, they would not have their faces blown off.

I mean look at that photo of one of the perps, he looks like a little kid himself.

WELCOME to up and coming Jamaica, in the new third world borough.
