RUFUS KING PARK TRADITIONS FESTIVALS RETURNS MAY 20-21 FROM 12 TO 4PM

Last year I came across this event at Rufus King Park while strolling through the park and it is returning for a 2nd year Saturday May 20 and Sunday May 21 from 12 to 4pm. Worth checking out.

Here are some photos from last years event.

Traditions Festival

Saturday, May 20, 2017

12:00 p.m.4:00 p.m.

This event repeats every day between 5/20/2017 and 5/21/2017.

Join King Manor for the second annual Traditions Festival, where we will be showcasing artists, artisans, and performers demonstrating crafts from many different cultures from the 19th century and modern times.

See how New Yorkers made household goods 200 years ago and learn about how communities from all across Queens today bring their culture to our city.

There will be plenty of hands-on activities and fun for adults and children.
