Up and Coming Jamaica, a community in crisis.

The three ghetto savage hood rats (out of four, one still not caught), Brandon Walker, 20, Justin Williams, 17, and Julisses Ginel, 19,  arrested,  who on Wednesday night robbed and brutally beat and raped a mother of two leaving her church to go to the subway, lived nearby at a group home for young people, Transitional Independent Living, run by SCO  Family of Services, who also run the problematic big homeless shelter, El Camino,  at 160-11 89th Ave, which is a block from where the Dallas BBQ is planning to open at 89 Ave and Parsons Blvd. So remember that future Dallas BBQ patrons, since Greater Jamaica Development Corp, will not inform you of that.

AND this is why people do not want homeless shelters, transitional housing, supportive housing and these  “Transitional Independent Living” for young people in their communities, especially when they get dumped by the dozens in communities like Jamaica.

Some info on Transitional Independent Living:

Now whether any of this Jamaica Transitional Independent Living Group home had any of the following below is unknown, but considering what happened to this mother of two, I would say, these hood rats were pretty much just put in this place to do what they want, I mean it was 11pn on a weekday, when this happened, so why were these young people  age 17 to 20, out so late on a weeknight roaming the streets, like, well hood rats. What, no work, no school , no volunteering, no community services, etc.

Most Transitional Independent Living programs are designed for 18-24 year olds needing a safe, supportive environment as they transition into adulthood. Many offer access to 12-step programs and may have a psychiatric/dual diagnosis component as well. They offer educational programs, are hooked into the local community college, or provide schooling at the site. Volunteering, employment, community service and reintegration into the general community can be major program components. Many programs operate on a home-based residential model and can transition the young adult to a community-based independent living apartment model after they have demonstrated their ability to remain responsible.

BUT why hasn’t any black female so-called leaders like Public Advocate Letitia James, Assembly Members Alicia Hyndman & Vivian Cook, come out to speak about this horrific atrocity toward a black mother of two or why haven’t any of them made a comment about the 15 year old black girl who was kidnapped and pimped out for FOUR MONTHS in Rev. Floyd Flake’s Greater Allen Senior Residence (  In the video below and photos, mostly what I have seen speaking out about this our just regular black men who live in the the community. Where are the so-called elected officials and the black female “leader’s (like GJDC President Hope Knight,  on this subject, including the high amount of underage black girls kidnapped and forced into prostitution in this area.

OH, wait, Public Advocate James, is doing a photo op for a commemoration on rapper Prodigy of the rap group, Mobb Deep, which I am sure she has listened to thousands of times, while chilling out at home.

AND where is the mother of two, Queens BP Melinda Katz, who came out here that day of that evening attack, to stand on the steps of Jamaica Performing Arts Center along with the other elected clowns  and folks, like GJDC President Hope Knight, to talk about how great Jamaica is and all the wonderful benefits that are happening, LIKE GANG RAPE OF A MOTHER OF TWO, a few blocks away or the kidnapping and pimping out of underage black females in the community.  AND how nice that while this bullshit feast was going on, directly across the street before the bullshit festival, in Rufus King Outdoor Homeless Shelter and Garbage dump, folks were quickly dispensing the homeless encampment that has been forming in the Pavillion (only to return the next day). AND why was the news report video below done in Forest Hills and not Jamaica or at least in front of Queens Borough Hall in Kew Gardens. What is up with that.

AND we know how busy Senator Leroy Comrie has been on important issues, that he could not find time to talk about this or the Flake Greater Senior Residence atrocity of the pimping out of the 15 year old black girl for four months there, while Floyd Flake himself is one of the members of the Jamaica Now Leadership Council.

Queens group home staffer led cops to four suspects in born-again Christian’s sex assault

They ran their mouths until the cops caught up.

A tip from a staffer at a Queens group home steered police to four residents suspected of robbing and sexually assaulting a born-again Christian as she departed a church service.

The employee heard the young men talking about the vile attack, leading her to believe they were either involved or had information about the Tuesday night attack, according to a source.

Three of the four suspects were busted after police were told about the chatty criminals, while a fourth man remained a fugitive Friday in the attack on a woman headed home from the Celestial Church of Christ.

Woman savagely raped, robbed after leaving Queens church

“The crimes that the defendants are accused of committing that night are despicable,” said Queens District Attorney Richard Brown. “Not content to simply rob her at gunpoint, two of them are alleged to have subjected her to heinous acts of sexual abuse.”

Suspects Brandon Walker, 20, Julisses Ginel, 19, and Justin Williams, 17, were arrested Thursday after the 50-year-old churchgoer was forced to perform oral sex on two of the men behind a parked garbage truck on Liberty Ave. in Jamaica, cops said.

Williams and Ginel kept talking in custody, confessing to NYPD detectives in detail, officials said. Ginel told cops he went “to get condoms to help out my boys” as they forced the woman into the sex act.

Williams and Ginel were additionally charged in an armed robbery of three men on a Queens street one night later.

The SCO Family of Services, operator of the home, issued a statement confirming the role of its worker in the arrests.

“One of the employees at a Transitional Independent Living program for young adults discovered that temporary residents served through the program might be linked to the attack reported in the media,” said an SCO spokesman. “Our staff took action and alerted the authorities, which directly led to the arrests.”

The three predators in custody were charged with criminal sex act, sexual abuse and robbery.

Police sources said two imitation pistols were recovered from the suspects’ rooms in the Jamaica home, and they believe one was used to threaten the woman around 11 p.m. on Tuesday.

Williams tossed the fake guns into a sewer after the robbery, and admitted he had the victim’s cellphone in his room, said prosecutor Eric Rosenbaum, deputy chief of the Special Victims Bureau.

Video surveillance footage helped put the defendants at the crime scenes, the sources added.

The victim, in an exclusive interview with the Daily News, said the attackers punched, slapped and threatened to kill her.

“They said, ‘If you don’t do that, I’ll shoot you,’” she said. “So I did what I had to do.”
